The highest scoring game in the series was last season's upset victory by Baylor 45-38. The last time Oklahoma shut out Baylor was 35-0 in 2004.
The #16 Nebraska Cornhuskers welcomes the Penn State Nittany Lions in Lincoln. The series is tied 7-7, but Nebraska is 2-1 against the Nittany Lions since 2002. The Cornhuskers are 4-2 at home against Penn State, going 3-1 since 1958. Their first game against each other was in 1920, when Penn State blanked Nebraska 20-0. The highest scoring game in the series was 1979, when Nebraska won 42-17. The last time Penn State shut out Nebraska was 10-0 in 1952. The last time Nebraska shut out Penn State was 19-0 in 1950.
The #24 Northwestern Wildcats invade Ann Arbor to take on the Michigan Wolverines. Michigan dominates the series 53-15-2 and is 9-2 against the Wildcats since 1997. The highest scoring game in the series was a 54-51 Wildcat victory in 2000. The last time Michigan shut out Northwestern was 31-0 in 1984. The Wolverines also blanked the Wildcats in 1983, 35-0. The last time Northwestern shut out Michigan was 6-0 in 1951. Their last tie was 14-14 in 1946.
