Some More BCS Top 25 Series Trivia

Welcome to College Football Saturday. This will be a "Cream Puff Game Free" entry for today's featured games, so let's get started.

Let's start off with a classic rivalry, the #18 USC Trojans against the #17 UCLA Bruins. It doesn't get much better than this. USC leads the series 46-28-7 and is 12-1 against the Bruins since 1999. UCLA is 1-5 at home against the Trojans since 2000, last winning at all in the series in 2006.    The #22 Rutgers Scarlet Knights go to Nippert Stadium to take on the Cincinnati Bearcats (now THAT'S how you spell Bearcats, Sam Houston State). The series is tied 8-8-1, but the Scarlet Knights are 1-5 against Cincinnati since 2006, getting that lone win last season. Rutgers also trails the Bearcats in Cincinnati 1-6-1 and the Scarlet Knights haven't won there since 1987. They first met in 1980, when Rutgers won 24-7. The highest scoring game in the series was in 2010, when Cincinnati won 69-8. The lone shutout of the series was a 10-0 Cincinnati victory in 1981. Their only tie was 17-17 in 1989.

Oklahoma State leads the series at home 10-8 and is 5-1 against the Red Raiders in Stillwater since 1999. They first met in 1935, when Texas Tech won 14-0.
